Who we are

GET QUALIFIED WITH BEATA helps construction workers achieve NVQ qualifications and CSCS cards. We are the controller of the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), your trade, experience and the course you are interested in, plus anything you choose to write in your message.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your enquiry, advise you on qualifications and, if you go ahead, to register you for your NVQ. Our lawful basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.

Who we share it with

If you enrol, we share the details required with the awarding body and your assessor. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted after 12 months. Learner records are kept for as long as awarding body rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies – see Google’s privacy policy.
